MATERIALS & CONTAINER USE
1.1 We will be unable to dispose of any hazardous or flammable materials, including but not limited to: asbestos, TVs, monitors, paints, solvents, fireworks, pyrotechnics, liquids or tyres. If these materials are found to be in the skip the materials will be returned to your site.
1.2 We will be unable to dispose of hardcore soil or turf unless a prior agreement has been made.
1.3 Fires and burning are not permitted in the skips. Any and all damage caused by burning in the containers will be chargeable.
LOADING
2.1 Containers must be filled no higher than level to the top of the skip. If overloaded to the point it is unsafe to transport the container the additional waste will be returned to your site. If we are able to safely transport any additional waste above this level an additional surcharge will be added.
2.2 If skips are only partially filled when collected no refunds will be given.
DROP OFF & COLLECTIONS
3.1 If skips are delivered or collected off the public highway at your request, you will be responsible for any damage that may occur to the ground surface of your property.
3.2 Unless prior express permission is given the skip may only be kept for 2 weeks from the date it is delivered. If a collection has not been arranged we reserve the right to collect the skip after the fourteenth day from delivery.
